Кто может посоветовать качественного провайдера IP.

Для бесплатных звонков по Москве.

Сам пользуюсь базой мобильной от Центрального телеграфа. Качество супер.

Когда сип стал платный по Москве перешел на TerraSip. Такого отстойного качества я не видел.

Пользуюсь им больше двух месяцев звонил и в Турцию и в Беларусь и в Москву.

Качество ужасное.

Какие еще варианты есть с качеством база мобильная?

Ну уж во всяком случае не Betamax в любом из его проявлений (voipcheap, etc). Уже скоро полгода он висит у меня второй линией - пользоваться невозможно, "приземление" в россии у него отстойнейшее, плюс к тому мошенничают. Видимо выдолблю накопившиеся на счету почти 15 евро звонками за бугор и забью на него.

Сипнет с его 2 центами в минуту выглядит после бетамакса просто идеалом экономии времени, которое деньги.

попробуй манготелеком - нормальное решение для квартиры, номер с добавочным и входящие и исходящие.

Сам попробовал лично. Мне понравилось.

От центела мне хватило номера в коде 498 и совкового отношения. Включить определительномера я так и не смог. Туда отправьте факс, придите лично с паспортом - напишите заявление, и т.п.

На работе не первый год пользуемся Юмейджиком - бесплатные звонки по Москве и между Московой и Питером. Нареканий не было. Выберу для дома интернет-провайдера (что на форуме посоветуют) - подключу дома тоже Юмейджик. Других даже не рассматриваю.
